Harbor View Café of Long Beach, MS. has been on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for over 20 years and is a local favorite.  After Hurricane Katrina in 2005 destroyed their original location in Pass Christian, MS., the owners rebuilt just one block off the beach at 504 Jeff Davis Ave.,Long Beach, MS. 39560. This family owned and operated café is once again able to offer a great view of the Mississippi Gulf Coast while dining.

As a Mississippi Power Company customer and as a small business qualifier, Harbor View Café was able to participate in the power company’s energy efficient incentive program which enabled them to receive over $1600 in incentive funds to upgrade from inefficient traditional lighting to high efficiency LED lighting at minimal cost to them.

NAC Smart Technologies retrofit Harbor View Café’s 65 Watt halogen bulbs to 8 Watt BR 30 LED lamps which produce better illumination at cooler temperatures, while saving on utility expenses every day. Harbor View has effectively rid itself of dealing with maintenance involving their lighting into the foreseeable future!
